With a new and improved package, those seeking a new management franchise opportunity have even more reason to find out more about Betterclean Services.

Additions to the previous first year support package include: enhancements to the three-stage training programme; free marketing and sales support and guidance from leading franchise strategic marketing agency Designate; and an accountancy and cloud bookkeeping system provided by specialist franchise Chartered Accountants d&t, with optional full bookkeeping and PAYE services available (for an additional fee).
Dan added: “There are three initial training programmes: Residential Training consists of a five-day all-inclusive programme that will focus on understanding the market, selling Betterclean Services, covering all sales and marketing and administrative systems, together with the essential quality assurance procedures, maintaining standards and how to undertake and service the needs of our clients.
“Then, Personal Territory-based Training will be tailored to the network member’s specific needs. This may entail assistance in attending appointments and generating sales, help with administration and general business functions, or assistance with delivering the service. This part of the training is designed to help people build on and develop their skill set for running a successful business.
“Finally, Service Training is provided at our head office and it’s designed for franchise owners and supervisors. It covers the main aspects of BICSc [British Institute of Cleaning Science] cleaning methods, auditing procedures and staff management, as well as health and safety, carrying out risk assessments and chemicals and machinery use.”
To help to create brand awareness and generate enquiries, Betterclean Services will produce a brand-building programme in new territories. Dan added: “New network members will also receive an initial consultation during which a marketing strategy and implementation plan will be developed, tailored to their territory. There are many other forms of marketing support, and these will be included in the franchise package at no additional cost for the first 12 months. We think that’s a very good deal.”
