As if to underline the recession-proof nature of the Just Shutters franchise opportunity, recently during our January sale all our established franchisees beat their targets for the month. “As a way to drive additional sales in the New Year period we held our annual January sale, which enables customers to take advantage of a 20 per cent discount on plantation shutters,” explained Just Shutters Founder, Chris Rocker.
“The response this year was absolutely terrific – even better than we expected. In fact, members of the network together smashed the previous all-time monthly record and all our established franchisees exceeded their personal monthly targets over a week early, which is a fabulous achievement.”
Sarah Gale, owner of the Just Shutters Essex franchise, commented: “January was an incredibly busy month for me, but all the hard work was definitely worth it. My husband and I even went out for a meal to celebrate hitting target one week ahead of schedule. What better way to start the year? I was also asked if I would agree to be featured as a case study in a new book on encouraging women into franchising! February was another good month too , so I’m really optimistic that 2013 is going to be a very good year.”
Marketing activity continues to generate a high volume of leads and customer appointments. Chris added: “The conversion rate for our established franchisees remains extremely high – about 75-80% – and there are many reasons for this.”
“The quality of the product is very high and the shutters are available in a range of styles, each of which is extremely attractive and desirable. We are also able to offer excellent value for money, which is underpinned by fantastic workmanship and customer service. I’m also proud, because I believe the impressive figures show that the training and ongoing support members of our network receive helps to deliver success. We are also seeing continuing growing demand for high quality plantation shutters throughout the UK, the modern, superior alternative to curtains and blinds.”
