Rosemary Bookkeeping™ franchise partners gathered in High Wycombe last week for their prestigious annual forum and awards dinner. Up for grabs at the ceremony were four awards; Best Newcomer, Most Committed, Best Supporting and the coveted Franchise Partner of the Year award.
Both Best Newcomer and Best Supporting awards were presented to two franchise partners (FPs) who, despite only joining the network in 2013, are already making a big impact. Mike Wallace, former owner of a successful photography business, scooped Best Newcomer thanks to his commitment to the Rosemary System®. Within six months of joining, Mike had achieved 142% of his year one target. Best Supporting Franchise Partner was awarded to Jon Lewis who opened his Sutton Coldfield franchise in March and is already a huge brand advocate and pillar of support for his fellow FPs.
Steve Brown,Franchise partner of the year (centre) and the Rosemary team
Rosemary’s top award for Franchise Partner of the Year 2013 was presented to Steve Brown who has operated his Newbury franchise since August 2010. The award recognised not only Steve’s achievement of consistently being the highest financial achiever within the network but also his commitment to his fellow FPs and the Rosemary brand.
“Steve really does give 100%, not just for his own business, but for the rest of the network as well. He regularly assists other franchise partners, supports his daughter’s own Rosemary franchise during holiday time and has even helped Head Office with the design of new process documents. We couldn’t be more proud to have him in our network and he’s a very deserving winner of this award,” explains Joanna Dennis, Franchise Development Director.
“It’s such a great feeling to receive this award! I was a little surprised as I don’t see what I do as being above and beyond, I just help out where I can. At the end of the day, a stronger network benefits us all! I’m always happy to support head office because it works both ways and they are always there for me if I need them. Being a Rosemary franchise partner is to be part of a team in every sense of the word. I measure my success not just by my financial achievements but by the personal satisfaction and the close knit network I am now a part of,” says Steve.
