A family feel at Kiddleydivey

Published on: December 15, 2015

Eve Whitmore, Kiddleydivey’s first franchisee, has really involved herself in the true spirit of being part of a franchise network. Eve’s offering her skills and knowledge to help out fellow franchisees in the network. For the last 18 months, Eve has been working with the team at Head Office to support new franchisees in the network with marketing their businesses. The franchise network as a whole has benefitted hugely from Eve’s support and Kiddleydivey are looking for even more like-minded franchisees to join their family.

Eve’s background is in sales so she’s been making sure that her fellow franchisees know how to close deals over the phone and make sure they’re not underselling themselves. Eve knows that if everyone in the network is successful, everyone’s business will thrive.

“I became more involved in the franchise network as a whole rather than simply sticking to my own business because I wanted to be able to share my skillset and experience. Many people in the network are from musical backgrounds and so they struggle with the sales aspect of the business. I was more concerned about learning how to deliver the sessions!” explains Eve.

Kiddleydivey is fun, engaging and entertaining. They offer music sessions to the elderly to promote memory engagement and mobilisation. Their music classes for children are designed to be educational and promote development. The Kiddleydivey franchise opportunity gives you the chance to build a business whilst turning your love of music into a profitable and rewarding career. Kiddleydivey support and train franchisees to build businesses they can be passionate about whilst helping others in the community to live happy and fulfilling lives.

Kiddleydivey encourage their franchisees to work together and help each other to succeed. They’re extremely proud of the way their network has succeeded and built their businesses using a proven business model. Eve is very much involved in keeping the franchise network motivated and working together. She recognises how important it is to maintain the Kiddleydivey reputation across the UK.

“On a personal level, I want to see us all succeed and watch everyone’s businesses thrive because of the team work we put in. Kiddleydivey’s got a great reputation but there is competition out there so it is important that we all work together to make sure our business stays ahead of the competition and our good reputation is spread far and wide,” adds Eve.

“Kiddleydivey feels like more of a family than a franchise network and I think it’s important that we stay close as the network grows. Being self-employed has the potential to feel very isolated but with Kiddleydivey, we’ve got a network of people going through exactly the same thing. We share our successes and challenges with each other and it’s nice to have someone to talk to. It’s like a personal pat on the back. I endeavour to speak to everyone at least once a week and it helps us all feel as though we’re still connected to something and we’re not out there on our own,” says Eve.

Over the last couple of years, the team at Head Office have grown a small but successful franchise network. They’re looking to continue expanding their network whilst keeping the family feel to the business.

“Although we currently have a small network, it’s been great to see so many people share in our success and build rewarding and profitable businesses. We hope to keep the family feel to our business as we grow. We’re so pleased that Eve is so actively involved in the network as a whole and she encourages others to do the same. Eve has really helped us with the sales and marketing aspect of our training and we’re looking forward to seeing what she will achieve with her business and within the network in the coming years,” concludes Sally Murphy, Founder, Kiddleydivey.
