From working in their garage to a multi purpose office in a quaint little village in Essex, StageAbility Stage Schools have grown to become a familiar face in their region, teaching young people how to act but more importantly developing in them, a set of life skills important to us all in the growing up process. Taking shy inhibited youngsters and young adults and giving them a platform of self confidence has proven to be a winner for the school founders Gary & Ann Sullivan, who founded the school in 1992.
StageAbility, with its eleven schools in Essex have now opted to further develop their business by franchising thier unique business module. A stage school which not only runs weekly classes, workshops, and holiday projects but a school which offers its students a chance to perform too. Using the StageAbility Business blue print, Gary & Ann will help enterprising franchisee's develop a region just like that in Essex with a network of schools, a workshop and holiday programme and a production each year designed to inspire and motivate students who become the backbone of the business.
Using the StageAbility Business Development Programme, a franchisee will become a manager of people, recruitkng professional actors to facilitate classes each week, organising and establishing locally based schools in a region which will be licensed to grow to 12 schools, arranging workshops and marketing the StageAbility badge to a captive audience of young people in their region.
The business is easily run at first on a part time basis, and to ease new franchisees into the programme, licences are issued to allow self controlled growth with sensible establishment costs and a flexible way to buy in to the StageAbility Programme.
The main core product StageAbility makes available to its franchisees is the unique teaching modules which are specially created to set StageAbility ahead of its competitors. What StageAbility do now, others seem to adopt a few years on, but with an innovative approach to developing the business, Gary and Ann are constantly moving the parimiters of the structure to create a multi facet, and highly unique product which perpetuates a register of studenst who can stay with the school for anything up to twelve years.
During 2009 StageAbility, with three franchisees now in place and developing regions in Glasgow, Berkshire and Staffordshire, are looking to expand their franchisee netwoork by a further 4 enterprising people.
If you think you could be one of them, taking a look at the StageAbility Opportunity is your next stap and only a phone call or email away.
