Indignation at the cost of new printer cartridges has led to a local businessman launching a new venture, a Cartridge World franchise in Workington.
Roy Mathisen, of Maryport, was so outraged at the cost of replacement printer cartridges that a friend introduced him to Cartridge World, the market-leading refiller of printer cartridges. His passion for the product has inspired him to open his own Cartridge World franchise at 1a Buddle Road, Clay Flatts in Workington.
Roy, who previously operated West Cumbria Training Ltd, has already created one new job, and plans to create up to four more as his business grows.
