Recognition Express expands into PPE products
The world of PPE clothing has a new player. Leading promotional products franchisor, Recognition Express, has decided to develop its PPE and corporate clothing offering with a franchise-wide initiative led by industry expert Wayne Cherry.
Wayne has over a decade of PPE and decorative garments experience and his previous clients include Henri Lloyd. He has been appointed corporate clothing manager at Recognition Express in a bid to increase the franchisor’s share of the UK’s £1 billion corporate clothing market.
Offering everything from Hi-visibility vests to goggles and gloves, each Recognition Express franchisee will be able to offer an individual service to customers, advising them on the latest ENC requirements for their particular industry. ‘Most people don’t realise that to even visit a site you need to be properly dressed; PPE is not an option, it’s a requirement.’ Wayne says that Recognition Express is perfectly placed to offer a tailor-made service to customers, offering flexibility, a competitive price, fast turn around and the ability to personalise clothing through embroidery or printing.
“The PPE & corporate clothing industry is dynamic and exciting,” says Wayne. “As Recognition Express’ dedicated corporate clothing manager I’ll be able to ensure we are always one step ahead of the game. We are in a strong position to take a leading role in this market and I’m sure the franchisees will embrace this opportunity.”
“There are times when only the best is good enough, and that is why we’ve appointed Wayne,” says Nigel Toplis, managing director at Recognition Express. “He is the ideal front-man for our new corporate clothing strategy and we have high hopes for him.”
