A new franchisee was delighted to get off to a flying start after negotiating their first property sale that completed within 7 days! Overseas property management and lettings franchise, Murcia Villas, was pleased with the progress achieved by its newest team member.

After just weeks of taking on the Murcia Villas La Torre franchise, the new franchisee signed and completed on their first sale of a lovely villa based on their resort earning themselves around €5000.

This remarkable early achievement in a challenging sales market has shown that even new starters can pick up the necessary skills early on in their training. Having started just 12 weeks ago at the beginning of March, progress has been fast both on the lettings side as well as the growing sales opportunities.

“Our training builds over a period of intense weeks and learnt skills are tested when new franchisees run one of our established offices in Murcia. There is a lot to learn about our business and we gradually hand over specific back office activities such as regional marketing, when we are confident our franchisees are ready to take up the reins,” explains Fiona James, director for Murcia Villas and its sister company Resort Morocco.

Murcia Villas specialises in management, sales and lettings of many different properties within the Murcia region of Spain with many long and short term revenue generating opportunities.
