Ambitious weight loss and weight management franchise LighterLife will be shedding light on how franchisees can run their own business, manage their own time and help other people live lighter, healthier and more active lives when they host an open day on Tuesday 1st June.
Fast, safe and simple, LighterLife is far more than a diet and far more effective. It helps men and women who are one stone or more overweight lose weight and sustain their weight loss long term, and it’s our Weight-Management Counsellors that make LighterLife different.
LighterLife offers franchisees accredited training, the freedom to work flexible hours and the benefit of being part of an expanding company with a nationally recognised brand. So, if a proven business format, low initial investment, positive cash flow and excellent returns, combined with the satisfaction of running a business that makes a very real difference to people’s lives appeals to you, why not attend the open day on Tuesday 1st June to find out more?
People interested in finding out more about the LighterLife franchise opportunity will have the chance to chat with existing franchisees to gain real insight into what the role involves. They will also be able to take advantage of the opportunity to meet with dedicated expert medical, business, marketing, programme and business teams to ask questions about all aspects of the business, plus it is a great opportunity to see and sample the wide range of products that LighterLife has to offer.
LighterLife has a nationwide network of over 350 Weight-Management Counsellors and seven new franchisees have already launched their businesses this year. Juliet Hall, LighterLife franchisee in Bridgnorth, Shropshire says: “I successfully lost weight with LighterLife and after hearing about the franchise opportunity things just went from there. Attractive earning prospects combined with a passionate belief in a programme that really works made investing in a LighterLife franchise an obvious choice.
“The training we went through was much tougher than I expected, but although it was really hard it was also really enjoyable at the same time,” she continued. “I made some great friends and the other LighterLife franchisees were so supportive. I have now launched my own business and have had to hit the ground running, but operating a franchise means that I’m not alone as I have the ongoing support of expert teams at Central Office.”
Colin Barry, LighterLife franchisee based in Hereford, decided to invest in a LighterLife franchise after witnessing the success his wife Veronica had in running a successful LighterLife franchise, whilst at the same time making a real difference in people’s lives.
Colin says: “We had run a shop and post office since 1997 and it got to the point where we needed a change. Veronica successfully lost weight with LighterLife and trained as a LighterLife Counsellor in 2008, and after helping with the administration side of the business and selling the shop last October, it seemed logical to once again combine our complementary business skills.
“The balance in the training between the practical side of running your own business and actually presenting and delivering the in depth counselling was just right,” he continued. “Having run my own business before I found the counselling side of the training the most challenging, but it gave me a great deal of insight into myself and others and this will be of great use running this franchise. On top of this our relationship has improved dramatically because as a result of the training we understand each other more and have joint ambitions.”
LighterLife Central Office is open for everyone, but spaces will have to be booked as the open day is filling up rapidly.
