Ex-national hunt jockey and yard manager, join's Kirstys Horses FranchiseBack in November 2008 Philip Plumb joined Kirstys Horses as a franchisee. Phil was working as a taxi driver and was looking for a career change. He was looking for something that he had a passion for but could also fit around his family commitments that he had to his 3 year old Son and wife. After looking into several franchises Phil decided that Kirstys Horses was the one for him and he joined Kirstys Horses as a franchisee operating in the Cheshire area.
