Angels is a domiciliary care franchise now in its fourth successful year of operations. Having completed our requirement for new franchisees for 2007 we are now looking towards 2008 and the need to establish more Angel’s offices in strategic areas to meet the growing demand for care.The care industry in the UK continues to expand lead by new and improved government plans and Local Authorities willingness to work more with private agencies such as Angels. Private sector companies are now the preferred choice for providing care to the elderly. Social Services departments are strained on budget, the costs to them for providing care are high and the resource needed to meet care needs continue to grow. It is now realised the only way of reducing costs is to work with private sector companies and this is where the Angels franchisee comes in.
As an Angel’s franchisee you will be ideally placed to take advantage of the increasing need for professional well managed care agencies. By establishing your agency within the local community you are in a position to provide a much needed service which is not only highly profitable but gives something back to the local community such as employment, training and an excellent professional care service.
You do not need any experience in care, Angel,s agency franchisees come from all walks of life. The Angels office is managed by a qualified Service Manager, but you will need a good business head, self motivation, commitment and people management skills. You agency will be registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspectorate, your insurance will be in place and you will hold membership of professional organisations. The office will be set up to the standard required and initial staff recruitment will be in place.
Care is a long term business. It will not go out of fashion, it does not have peaks and troughs, it is not seasonal. Clients can remain with your agency for years. Your business continues to grow and second or third agencies may be opened. Once established you business can provide employment for all the family if you wish.
