Ian Beasleigh joined the team in January, setting up his own Just Shutters franchise serving customers in Reading and the Thames Valley. Ian got off to a flying start with the business and within his first few weeks had received 6 orders from homeowners wanting to improve their properties with made to measure shutters.
Ian has now had the opportunity to get hands-on, to test out the Just Shutters system and bring his first installation projects to completion. Master Fitter & Franchisee Trainer, Kate Papiernik has over 3 years’ experience following the Just Shutters system. Kate has been guiding Ian through his first installations. Although the Just Shutters proven system is simple to follow every installation is different and must be completed to meet the exceptional standards customers are accustomed too.
Kate is a perfectionist by nature and enjoys practical work, but when she started with Just Shutters, she in turn had no direct previous experience in the field. Director Chris passed on his skills and with guidance Kate quickly became one of the best fitters in the industry. Chris explains,

Just Shutters emphasis on technical expertise is obviously essential from the customers’ point of view, but it is every bit as important to Ian. It is the thorough training provided which has enabled Ian to establish his own successful local Just Shutters business. Ian’s background was in accounting and finance in the automotive industry. Having now successfully test driven the Just Shutters system, he is looking forward to delivering more perfect Plantation shutters for his customers.
