Kate’s Journey with Just Shutters
Kate was attracted to Just Shutters because of the high standards Chris and the team strive for in every aspect of their business, which fits well with her own work ethics. Although she started with Just Shutters with no previous experience or related skills, with Chris’s guidance she soon became one of the best fitters in the industry. Kate explains, “I get real satisfaction from my job. By following the system we ensure customers are confident in our skills from when we arrive right through to when they see the finished job. I love seeing the happy look on customers’ faces when they see the shutters fitted and finished.”
Previous Life
Kate was born in Poland and moved to the UK just over 5 years ago, choosing to live in Bournemouth because her friends had recommended the lovely picturesque location. Kate quickly started work in a production role locally, which she thoroughly enjoyed, but after two and a half years she felt she needed a change. After evaluating a number of opportunities she decided joining the Just Shutters team was perfect for her! She hasn’t looked back since.
