Martin & Co’s head office has seen yet another addition to its team this week. The latest recruit, Sarah Clayton, takes the number of people to join head office in 2009 to seven, increasing the team size by almost a third! Sarah has joined Martin & Co in the brand new position of “New Business Trainer” within the Training Academy team. The position was created to increase the support and training available to all franchise owners.Sarah commented, “I wanted the chance to pass on my experience to others in the industry and step back from the office front line. I am looking forward to working with franchise owners and their staff, not only on our training courses but also through office visits across the network.”
