Martin & Co’s Macclesfield office is enjoying a successful start.
The business, located at 21 Church Street, was taken over my Margaret
and Michael Clarke in June and since then they haven’t looked back, “We

No strangers to running their own business Michael and Margaret had
previously worked together for the last 25 years. Michael a Building
Engineer was a Director of a new build and property development company
and Margaret worked with him to grow this business.
“Selecting Martin & Co was the easy bit!” commented Michael. “We
wanted to continue being in control of our futures and in charge of our
own financial destinies. We have seen Martin & Co grow as a brand
and felt that buying into a proven franchise model would give us the
specialist support we needed to run our own lettings business,” he

Margaret believes that one of the reasons that their clients have been
