When the Music Stops, the owners of Matchmakers Dating, the Sheffield based personal introductions company, are very pleased to announce the appointment of 4 new key members of staff that have all been recruited to offer enhanced support to the network of Matchmakers franchisees around the UK.
The company, that actually celebrates its 9th birthday during January 2012, has in the past traditionally catered for the over 30’s dating events market but due to recent developments with the launch in 2010 of the Matchmakers product and now the standalone Matchmakers franchise feels that a larger support team will now help them expand within the personal introductions marketplace and particularly their network of franchisees.
Mike Parker, Managing Director of When the Music Stops stated "For a considerable time now we have been looking to appoint more people to support our franchisees and help them find their feet in the dating industry as quickly as we can. Support and training has long been a major strength within the company but we were conscious that we wanted to provide as much ongoing support as we possibly can, so I am very pleased that we have been able to add to the support and help on offer for both When the Music Stops and Matchmakers franchisees."
He continues: “I also feel that the time was to introduce some younger blood, increasingly it has become apparent that the 18-30’s need as much help with their dating and introductory needs as other age groups and as a consequence we wanted to do more to cater for them. I think it’s going to be a great success for us, and I am very impressed with the quality of the team we have recruited.”
Joining the team are the following:
Shari-Jayne Boda
Shari-Jane is a marketer and is experienced in sales and sales management. She has worked with some powerful brands in her career to date. She is also a successful author with a successful true crime book that reached the top 20 in the UK in its sector.
