Central Birmingham was the location for Spettro’s first ever annual franchisee seminar this January, organised due to the unexpected growth of the franchise network in the last year. The day included training and information with a chance to discuss different business successes between the company directors and franchisees as well as external organisations.
“It was great to have everyone together for the first time. We wanted to offer a balance of information to our franchisees on how to progress their business, especially considering the current economic climate. So we ran sessions throughout the day covering marketing and advertising, new industry standards and franchisee experiences,” explains Tony Smith, one of the directors at Spettro, “The only thing we need to work on is keeping to time after we got rather carried away with the excitement of some new technology for leak detection presented to us by The National Flood School!”
The franchisees certainly appreciated the day’s seminar programme as Phillipa from Spettro Nottingham explains, “It was a real moral booster to see so many Spettro franchisees in one place and be able to bond as a company.”
