KINGSMAID LAUNCHES SUPER FRANCHISE DEAL
Kingsmaid domestic cleaning franchise has restructured its franchise package to offer a super franchise model designed to maximize the success of its franchise businesses.
Kingsmaid’s ‘Elite franchise agreement’ is based on the success of Kingsmaid’s master franchise in Manchester and Cheshire. Its launch follows five years of work to create a proven business model that has the right balance of investment, marketing, people, training and specialist product offering.
It includes enhanced support, larger territories, comprehensive training and increased marketing spend.
The new package requires set-up costs of £30,000 and liquid funds of £10,000 in return for realistic target earnings of £92,000 in year three and £175,000 in year five.
