About Us
Swisher is celebrating a decade of franchising excellence as 2007 marked the company's 10 Year Anniversary. Established in the UK in 1997, Swisher is now recognised as the leading brand within the washroom, cleaning and franchising sectors.
In July of this year, Swisher International, the world's leading provider of commercial hygiene products and services, announced that it had reacquired the Master Licence for operations in the UK. The licence was originally purchased from Swisher International in 1997.
With rising concern surrounding MRSA, E-coli and other contagious diseases, the demand for improved washroom hygiene has increased dramatically. Swisher is the only national organisation to provide a total hygiene solution service to commercial customers throughout the UK.
Training and Support
Swisher has an excellent reputation for its training and support. Excellent initial training is provided, as well as extensive ongoing training programmes designed for both franchisees and their senior staff.
Swisher Corporate also centrally produce all invoices and statements, assist with debt collection and act as a call centre for both franchisees and customers.
Prior to joining Swisher, we will assist with your business plan, introduce you to the funding sources (with whom we have excellent relationships), introduce you to existing Swisher franchisees and provide on-going guidance and support to ensure that you are making the right decision.
Financial Information
The fee for a Swisher franchise is £30,000 + VAT. A further £25,000 - £50,000 working capital will be required to set up the business (depending on structure, funding requirements and other standard business considerations). The total investment will be approximately between £55,000 - £80,000. The banks, subject to status, will lend up to 70% of the total amount required and Swisher also offers support through the DTI scheme. All you need to join Swisher is your own personal available liquid capital of £25,000.Are you for us?

Territories/Locations
Our territories are built on minimum populations and businesses. They are also protected, which means that no other Swisher franchisee can sell into your area.
