By providing accountancy firms with the ability to ensure the accounts they file for clients result in the correct credit rating, they can help to ensure their clients' businesses flourish - improving client retention and future billing. Furthermore it gives the firms involved a fantastic opportunity to differentiate themselves from the rest of their competitors when trying to win new clients.
Training and Support
Accountancy Impproval licence-holders are given two days of intensive training and are provided with manuals as a back up. Each licence-holder is given 9 to 5 access to telephone support.
2 days of field support will also be provided to licence-holders to assist in the honing the sales process.
In addition, the licensor can provide qualified appointments for the licence-holder at additional cost, where required.
Financial Information
Each geographical region or territory is exclusively owned by the licence-holder. No targets are imposed on revenue from each area but it would be anticipated that a reasonably functioning territory would be able to generate 4 direct programme sales from Month 2, earning basic commission of around £4,500 per month for a standard licence-holder and £9,000 per month for a trainer licence-holder.
Once established a licence-holder should be able to generate 20 appointments per month and assuming only 10 of these are successful, a standard licence-holder could generate in excess of £11,000 per month and a trainer licence-holder double that figure.

Potential licence holders would benefit from an understanding of the activities of accountancy practices although this is not essential.
In order to take on a trainer licence, licence holders must be either holding a professional accountancy qualification or be able to clearly demonstrate extensive and relevant knowledge in this area.
Territories/Locations
There are two types of licence available - standard (where the programme is sold by the licence-holder and commission of 25% of the programme value is earned) and trainer (where the programme is sold and delivered by the licence-holder and commission of 50% of the programme value is earned).
Available territories extend throughout England and Wales and will cover specific post code areas which will be exclusive to each licence-holder.
Licence fees vary from £1,000 to £20,000 depending on the type of licence and the number of accountancy firms in the selected post code area.
