Training and Support
Ology is the first and only coaching franchise in the world that offers independent accredited training through an ICF approved partner, leading to professional Coach Certification endorsed by the International Coach Federation.
You'll also be equipped to deliver practical business solutions to clients as well as effectively marketing your business. Ology is a fully formatted franchise with all processes and tools completely documented, so uncomplicated and easy to use.
A fundamental differentiator of the Ology proposition is our commitment to training and on-going support. In your first 12 months, you will receive a minimum of 20 days training plus a personal coach providing on-going support for the term of your franchise.
Financial Information
FINANCES
In order to get started, new Ology Business Coaches will need a total investment of £45,000; An amount of working capital dependant on the individual's circumstances will also be needed.
Business Coaches can operate their business from home.
