The SureLet training course is held at our franchising head office in Gloucester. The initial training should you wish to start by using the management centre instead of employing a property manager from day one, is 10 days. If you decide to take on parts of the property management from the start, the training is aproximately 14 days. If you take on full property management from day one, the training will be three weeks. The training can be done in one go, OR can be taken on in stages - it's your choice!!! You will also benefit from ongoing support from a close network of franchisees and at least one visit a month from you Area Manager to help you with marketing, targets and local business relations.Financial Information
Our Franchisee Fee is £19,995 which will include your launch and 6-9 months worth of start up materials such as To Let boards, stationary, digital camera etc. The overall investment you will need to have (including the franchisee fee) will start from £55,000 but depends on where your territory is. Some areas, eg, London will have higher running costs and therefore require higher working capital.Are you for us?
