About Us
Leaps and Bounds was conceived to fulfil a demand from both Pre-school settings and Parents for a movement and physical development programme. Researched and developed over a two year period, with expert Patricia Maude MBE, Homerton College, Cambridge University. It is a progressive physical and movement programme for children aged 2-5 years. Designed to complement the indoor and outdoor physical activities currently provided in Pre-School Settings.
Children are encouraged through a sequence of tasks to develop skills including: locomotion, agility, balance, climbing, co-ordination and language development through the use of action songs and rhymes.
In 2006 Leaps and Bounds was awarded a Kite Mark by Professional Development Board of Physical Education (PDB). This kitemark is a quality endorsement recognised by DfES.

Training and Support
Franchisees and Leaps and Bounds intructors are trained by a team of highly qualified trainers and external professionals to deliver the Programme each week. Instructors are regularly monitored and receive on-going training and support.

Wooden and foam equipment specially designed by Tumble Tots UK Limited is easily carried and transported in a medium sized hatchback or estate car.
