The Jani-King worldwide franchise network generates a combined turnover of around 300 million dollars per annum. There are a number of UK franchise owners already operating a business in excess of £1 million turnover with many other UK franchisees working hard to achieve similar goals. Training and Support
All plans include Jani-King's comprehensive training program where the franchise owner learns not only the operational skills necessary in the commercial cleaning industry but customer relations skills as well. The support does not stop once the franchisee has completed training and has started servicing the initial business. Jani-King continues to provide additional customers for the franchisee to service and offers ongoing advice and technical support.
Financial Information
Franchisees are fast tracked into large accounts with GUARANTEED TURNOVER (this is written into the contract) and solid profit margins. The bottom line is you would be in a business with an annualised turnover of €264,000 and growing within a 15-18 month period (dependent on a number of factors). The emphasis is on Jani-King to provide the client base and they guarantee this. They achieve this by using a dedicated Sales Department specializing in gaining contracts for new Franchisees throughout Ireland, Northern Ireland - also generating multi national contracts from the UK.Are you for us?
Jani-King has been repositioning itself in the UK market place through the appointment of Franchisees in a managerial role responsible for large turnover and good profit margins, they will be again emulating this in the Irish market. They are looking for serious investors who have access to a minimum of €55,000 whether this be via re-mortgaging property, finance or liquid assets, and have an ambition to build a big and profitable business. Minimum Total investment will be in the region of €110,000; much of which is used to guarantee monthly turnover levels in years to come.
Territories/Locations
As this is the first year that Jani king will be present in the Irish market, they will be looking for bussiness partners in each of the 32 counties. They say 32 because they will be including Northern Ireland in the Ireland territory and not the UK. There will be some counties that are not big enough to sustain a Euro 1 million business so some smaller counties will be paired with others and some of the bigger counties will be split into two franchise territories. Guarantee 1 - TurnoverJani-King Ireland will employ a nationwide team of sales professionals who generate new business for the network, freeing the franchisees to concentrate on managing and growing their businesses.
So confident is Jani-King Ireland in the power of its sales machine, that it offers franchisees the facility to nominate and purchase a guaranteed level of turnover for their geographical area. This is backed up by a commitment to refund direct to the franchisee the estimated profit margin on any agreed turnover level not delivered:
“The sales guarantee means that if we fail to offer €264,000 of annualized turnover (subject to the franchise agreement signed by the franchisee) in 18 months, we literally pay franchisees a pro-rata payment on any shortfall until we deliver the offer. For example, if Jani-King should have offered a franchisee €22,000 of business by a certain month but has been unable to offer them any business, then Jani-King's guarantee is that they will pay the franchisee €2,200 per month until they do deliver. That's an extremely powerful safety net. The plan is that once you reach that initial guaranteed €264,000 of annualized turnover, we will help you to move on to the half million mark - and then the magic €1 million mark.”

Guarantee 2 - Profit Margin Support
Along with guaranteed sales levels, franchisees can also depend on minimal level profit margin support.
