The Comprehensive PackageLadyZone “your 30 minute relaxed workout” will provide the successful candidate with everything they need to create a successful business. The franchise fee costs £3,000 and includes the following:
- Direct support from the Directors & Founders of LadyZone - not a Franchise Manager. Because of this franchisees can have total confidence that the people responsible for setting up their business not only have the necessary experience and knowledge but also a personal interest in the success of each and every franchise.
- Help locating your site and finding a building.
- Guidance through the planning consent procedure.
- Your personal business plan and cashflow forecasts to help access sufficient capital or aid with property and equipment leasing.
- Help with your property lease including very important lease negotiation.
- All equipment and resources at already negotiated prices.
- Help interviewing and finding good staff.
- Training for yourself, business partner, including running the business, management, sales, and fitness instructing.
- Training for your staff including sales and fitness instructing in a LadyZone circuit.
- All marketing material and winning strategies, including signage, imagery, stationery, brochures, membership sales aids, DVDs, proven advertisements, etc.
- Dedicated pages on our website.
- Nutritional package.

Financial Information
Minimum Investment: £20,000.Financing Assistance: Yes, through a third party.
You are then required to pay a royalty fee of £833.33 + vat per month (£10,000 a year) which will only commence after 3 months of opening.
Unlike other franchises, we do not expect a percentage of your profit. You are not punished for being successful!
