A three week training programme into the systems and procedures adopted by ERA. This would be two weeks training at our premises and one week at your place of business. Full ongoing support throughout your franchise period which includes 24 hours, seven days a week telephone support by ERA head office staff. Holidays can be covered at an additional cost. A full start up package including the following: Marketing and Promotional support; Assistance with office site solution; Office furniture to ERA style at cost should you require (comprising of desk, chairs, tables, display stands and filing cabinets) Modem Printer Fax machine Photocopier Telephone We provide a computer pre-installed with hospital, nursing and retirement home details plus: Custom software enabling direct link to ERA Head Office; Full in house payroll and invoicing facilities; A complete start up pack of stationary which includes timesheets, letterheads, business cards and presentation brochures in the ERA corporate style; An operating/policies and procedures manual; Free leads to any tendering opportunities within your franchise area; Should you wish to sell your franchise at any time ERA may offer to buy this from you or provide assistance in the sale. |

The franchise fee, which includes a comprehensive operations manual costs just £7,500 plus VAT. Other costs in the first year include £2,500 for training, Launch/Marketing £3,500, Government Registration which is currently £900 and £500 for a stationery pack. Membership to REC and UKHCA would also be required at current costs.
