About Us

History

2002 marked the inception of The No Letting Go business in South East London and over the past five years the business has grown to become a successful and reputable enterprise, with an enviable reputation.

".....as well as the high standard of reports, No Letting Go have consistently demonstrated thier friendly, professional and flexible approach...." Martin & Co, Kent

In 2006 Nick Lyons and Adrian Perrett, who share a proven track record in the property and franchise markets, spotted the potential to roll out the No Letting Go proposition as a national brand, offering the same quality service and professionalism which had become the hallmark of the original business, across the country. Our mission for No Letting Go is "to become the inventory business of choice for the UK's landlords and letting agents"

Training and Support

The training

The No Letting Go inventory management training is the most comprehensive in the market today. Our key objectives are to both send our franchisees out to the market with technical knowledge but also with sound business knowledge. We also offer a mentoring programme to ensure that every opportunity is given to be successful.

Our training not only focuses on the delivery and management of the condition of a property prior, during and after a tenancy, but also on a wider understanding of the lettings business, so relevant to the role.

Our training is split into both business training and technical training.

Business Training
The business training focuses on goal setting, planning, lead generation, selling techniques, marketing, team recruitment and overall business management.

These sessions also go into depth the processes and systems for running the business, as well as looking at plans going forward for your business.
