About Us
The Prokill core business has operated for over five years and generated a million pound tunover within that period with 90% gross and 25% net profits - a formula and model that we help every franchisee to replicate. We believe that Prokill is the most highly accredited pest control company in the country (accreditations that every franchisee inherits) - with all of our franchisees trained to the same high standard in order to reflect the core values of the company and to create confidence for our customers. Every franchise business generates a contract portfolio that represent nearly 50% of their turnover - a renewable resource that carries through annually, enabling you to double profits and turnover year-on-year. Prokill operates in a virtually bomb-proof marketplace, little affected by economic downturn or poor disposable income, with the result that, coupled with little seasonal variation in your income, you'll have joined possibly the best business opportunity in the country.
Training and Support
Prokill franchisees undertake a comprehensive six week training course that includes every aspect of business operation, from sales, surveying, technical and administrative, through to bookeeping and development. The course, which is one of the only accredited by the RSPH (Royal Society for Promotion of Health) has an excellent record of achievement overall, with our franchisee Eden Percy of London SouthWest havng achieved the highest marks of any candidate in RSPH examinations throughout the whole country. The course involves a franchisee in classroom and field experience over the six week period, together with 'on territory' experience both during and at the end of the course. On leaving the course a franchisee is fully equipped to trade irrespective of any prior knowledge of pest control...in fact the majority of our franchisees had no previous knowledge of the industry at all but are all pleased to have made the decsion to join Prokill.
Financial Information
Banks will finance up to 70% of the Prokill franchise package as a result of their confidence in the business. The total package for a full territory costs £60,000 plus a £10,000 working capital recommendation. This divides into £30,000 for the franchise fee and £30,000 for all equipment, training, accommodation, signage, advertising, accreditations, licences, vehicle downpayment, livery, clothing etc. Subsidiary territories of half of the property count of a full territory are available at approximately half of the cost.
By following the business model a franchisee can anticipate a turnover of £150-200,000 in year one, with healthy profits assured thereafter as a result of a recurring contract portfolio of circa 50% of turnover year-on-year
