Training and Support
We will provide initial and ongoing training, together with materials . Initial training will be supplemented by continuing support to help keep you and your team up to date with systems support and current legislaltion.
Support will include technical and legal updates to help you ensure compliance, minimise the risk of malpractice litigation and save on time, effort and money. Managed clients accounts including rent collection and debt recovery - we provide administrative management with some help from you.
Financial Information
The initial franchise fee is £18,000 plus VAT
The ongoing management services fee is 1% of gross turnover plus VAT
Office set up costs and working capital dependant upon area.
