What is the Opportunity for you the Investor?We are an existing company which specialise in software development and franchise recruitment. We are in the early stages of launching a new business which will be franchised initially within the UK then to the international market place. For confidential purposes the company will be known as “New Co” in this document.
Business ModelFrom our business plan and financials our conservative projection is that New Co will recruit 35 area franchisees within a three year period, and self generate and recruit 69 licensees with the area franchisees recruiting their own licensees up to 4 per area, this in turn results in potential turnovers of £273,230 within the first 12 months, £2,514,085 within the next 12 months and £9,205,155 within the following 12 months, giving a combined projected turnover for the 36 month period of £11,992,470, with an anticipated retained profit within the business of £1,809,927.
Investors ReturnFor a 10% shareholding you will need to invest £50,000, for this you will receive dividends relevant to profit generated as per the financials purported within this document, in the second year you will be returned a projected £147,361 and the third year £689,742. The company will retain £1.8 million within the company for cash flow requirements.
For a 20% shareholding you will need to invest £100,000, for this you will receive dividends relevant to profit generated as per the financials purported within this document, in the second year you will be a projected £294,223 and the third year £1,379,182. The company also still has £1.8 million within the company.

What Makes us different?New Co franchisees will also operate a bespoke software platform which negates the usual need for expert knowledge within the relevant field in which they will operate. New Co will provide software which enables the franchisee to run their business from the comfort of there own home and so decreases their running costs and so making their business more profitable. All financial plans for New Co, Area franchisees and their licencees is available on request to prove that the proposition to the franchisees is viable and potentially very, very profitable.
Route to MarketNew Co’s core route to market will be attracting business opportunity seekers who have money to invest into a viable and profitable business. By offering the prospect the opportunity to earn in excess of £100,000 plus a year with this income growing year on year of operation all with minimal investment. The Franchisor already has an established record of its ability to recruit franchisees.
