The idea of creating exclusive cosmetic line was born during Artur’s Trawinski (chief executive officer of the FM GROUP POLAND) annual stay in Australia. After he had returned to Poland he decided to realize his idea. Looking for perfect products he got many propositions for collaboration from many different companies, however, he decided to co-operate with the company he knew well run by his father. His company has been producing perfumes for 10 years. Fragrance for the  perfumes is created by the one of the biggest companies in the world with the 100 years tradition which is growing up very fast and has its bases in Europe, Australia, United States, China and Brazil. Artur Trawinski considered many options of distributing his cosmetic products. Then he  met specialists of Multi Level Marketing. Their experience and their knowledge of the business made Mr Artur Trawinski start distributing his products in MLM sale system. During the first year of starting in Poland (September 2004) we were asked to open branches in other countries because of the very high interest. Now we have our representatives in Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, Hungary, United Kingdom, Germany, Serbia and Montenegro, Bulgaria, Romania, USA, Israel, Greece, Spain, Italy, Ukraine, Lithuania and Nigeria. Personal Sales Profit

Between 25% and 33% depending on product.

For example, Classic 30ml Ladies Perfumes:

You sell it for £10.50
You pay £7.00
You earn £3.50 (which is 33% on retail price)

Points earned: 29 points

Bonus on Personal and Team Sales Volume

You earn a commission bonus based on your personal group point volume.

Points Total 300 - 1,199 3% bonus commission
Points Total 1,200 - 3,599 6% bonus commission
Points Total 3,600 - 7,199 9% bonus commission
Points Total 7,200 - 11,999 12% bonus commission
Points Total 12,000 - 20,399 15% bonus commission
Points Total 20,400 - 29,999 18% bonus commission
Points Total 30,000+ 21% bonus commission

1 point = approx 17.5p, this exchange rate may vary.

You earn the difference between your bonus level and that of the highest person in that individual leg e.g. if your team total was 5,000 points in a month you would be at 9% and someone you had sponsored who had a team volume of 1,000 points would be on 3%, so you would earn 6% on them and their team.

Orchid Program

When you reach 21% level, have 1 directly sponsored 21% group below, and the rest of your team have at least 20,000+ points volume, you enter the Orchid Program.

At this stage you begin to earn a share of the entire company points (yes, worldwide!) – 9% of the worldwide point’s turnover is shared out amongst everyone who is a current member of the Orchid Programme.

Individual Bonus Earned

The examples below are indicative of current bonuses being earned but are shown for guidance only - they are not based on any individual distributor’s share.

Pearl Orchid average £500 - £1,500

Each qualifying Pearl Orchid receives 1 share in the Pearl Orchid structure.
TOTAL VALUE average £1,500

Amaranth Orchid average £2,000

Each qualifying Amaranth Orchid receives 1 share in the Pearl Orchid structure PLUS I share in the Amaranth Orchid structure.
TOTAL VALUE average £3,500

Golden Orchid average £3,500

Each qualifying Golden Orchid receives 1 share in the Pearl Orchid structure PLUS I share in the Amaranth Orchid structure PLUS 1 share in the Golden Orchid structure.

Diamond Orchid average £6,500

Each qualifying Diamond Orchid receives 1 share in the Pearl Orchid structure PLUS I share in the Amaranth Orchid structure PLUS 1 share in the Golden Orchid structure PLUS 1 share in the Diamond Orchid structure.

WHAT AN AMAZING WEEKEND IT WAS!!!

17th October 2009 - 5th FM National Conference in Wolverhampton

 

Thank you everyone for coming to our 5th FM National Conference.

So many new achievements, 2 new Mercedes Benz cars were given,

3 laptops,

There were so many motivational speeches, so much news and so many promotions and new programmes - and even new products were announced.

Thank you to all the speakers, our MC Roy Strong and Richard Mills for helping with the music. Without you this day would not be as it was.

 

I bet you are like me and still on a high from our conference despite it actually ending before 6pm

on Saturday. Going back for the meal and improvised party in the evening really added to the event,

having the chance to get to know Anita, her wonderful FM Team and our fellow leaders was invaluable

and as I am sure everyone there would agree, great fun.

This conference was the least hyped up event I have experienced because there was no hype just

brilliant inspiration all day (free Mercedes outside the window works for me), seeing & hearing

people from every walk of life sharing their knowledge and stories gave value way beyond our time

invested. I didn’t say money invested because at L7 a ticket the financial cost doesn’t come into it.

There are no words to communicate what people get out of being there on the day because the real

value is not in knowledge; it comes from the Association with like minded people, everyone from those

already financially free to the latest person to join the FM family. This experience is unique,

inspirational and highly motivational.

This testimonial must end with a genuine plea to all of our fantastic TEAM to do everything they can

to be at the next conference, not for our sakes for theirs. There is rocket fuel to be had for your

business and success in FM at a conference, don’t hold your progress back for the sake of a day in

your life. It will repay that investment a thousand times over and if you join in it will be a whole

lot of fun.

Thank you so much for organisation the conference and thanks to Roy for all his efforts, and Nancy

who helped with the hotel.

It is too easy to turn up and expect everything to be perfect, however , it is also too easy to

forget much effort goes into putting on such an event.

During our 5 hour drive up to Scotland, my 4 excited colleagues, couldn’t get over that  they

actually got a certificate and a badges for what they achieved. They just assumed that  the only

people who got recognised where the top people.I know the logistics ensuring everyone gets their

awards must be a nightmare for your girls, but for me it is what makes FM so special. Honouring the

small guy as well as the big ones.

There were so many great speakers but for me I have to say , I loved hearing Delia’s story about no

171, Anne Jakeman, who showed  us all the even age shouldn’t be an excuse to stop us using the

internet and Skype, and I loved Svetlana story about dating sites. Well done Lana!

The best motivation for me however, was speaking to someone after the conference, who shared with me

that they sold a bottles of perfume outside Sainsbury’s,  they used the money to buy chicken, for

their tea, instead of going to the ATM machine.

Let’s use our product as our ATM machines.
 

We can sometimes in the UK make things complicated, and as Irena said getting to diamond is easy you

just need to motivate 5 people to get to pearl. Love it.

I am so proud to be part of this company , and having the opportunity to improve people’s lives.

I want to thank you for an amazing National Conference - undoubtedly the
best yet and the forerunner of more like this one to come.

Having to quickly bring in more chairs because of the unexpected turnout was
a sign that this day was going to be special - and it certainly was!

Wasn't that an incredible ovation given when the new FM Makeup range was
introduced in the new Business Opportunity presentation?

The testimonies we heard from so many distributors is what makes days like
this so special - listening to people from all walks of life sharing with us
how they got started with FM and how their businesses are growing is
inspirational and an important part of days like this.

The standard of the presentations was excellent and I would like to
congratulate the AbFab Team, Paul, Adeline, Carol, Jackie, Lynda, Ann, Gary,
Irena, Svetlana, Loreta, Tola, Sergei, Rimma, Mick, Lewis and Munawar for
giving us first class presentations.

Where are we going to find a venue big enough to take all of those
dedicated, motivated distributors who will want to be part of the January
2010 National Conference? NEC? Wembley?

Anita, I want to congratulate you and your very professional team of Chris
and Violeta on putting on such a marvellous day. Even the dinner in the
evening with over 70 people was wonderful because it gave us all the
opportunity of meeting with, and bonding with, fellow members of the FM
family. It was a shame that more of our members did not stay . maybe next
time.

I would just like to say thankyou for an excellent conference at the weekend.
This was my first conference with FM as I am new to FM, and I am now totally inspired and raring to go!!!
 
I just wish to thank you for all the hard work that went into the day and also for the amazing value for money as conferences I have attended in the past with other companies have been much more expensive and I really appreciate the low cost,yet tea and coffee provided all day....... and a fabulous dinner at night with wine included
 
I travelled from Scotland to attend the conference and it was well worth worth it and I now look forward to the next one with me on the stage with my 21% this time!

Dear Anita,

My wife and myself would like to express our thanks for the wonderful time we had at the conference in Wolverhampton on Saturday.

It was an enormous pleasure to meet, talk and listen to so many wonderful and inspiring people including yourself, Stephen  Bourne, Roy Strong and so many others.

We were particularly struck by the lack of elitism at the event with everyone being made to feel that they are important and valued.

In a room packed with something like 300 people, most of whom we did not know, we never felt like strangers, there was such a strong feeling of friendship and unity.

We were also very excited at the announcements of the new product additions to the FM range, proof that the FM group is not standing still and is looking to the future in an imaginative way. 

We came away from the conference absolutely buzzing and have no doubt FM group has a wonderful future and we intend to be a part of it, we have  already decided which Mercedes we want!
