The FlexiCare Service
Flexicare Home Services UK, pride themselves on offering targeted, tailor made
care packages to enable people to remain living within the comforts of their own
homes. They offer support and assistant to people of all ages with all health
problems and disabilities. As the UK population becomes older, such a service taps
into a growing marketplace with ever increasing demands. The Flexicare Brand is
synonymous with knowledge based care practice and personalised care and
support. The brand is trademarked in the UK and 27 EEC states, giving the
Flexicare Brand the scope to offer their exceptional services to a wider market.
Our professional care services are delivered to:
- Older people
- Older people who have dementia
- Individuals with physical disabilities
- Individuals with sensory loss including deaf, blind or terminally ill people
Ideally, they will have some knowledge of the nursing sector and, of course, some
business experience. However this is not crucial, we would like franchisees to be
able to put their heart and soul into the company and have an affinity with the
unique Operations Manual.
This is not just about policies and procedures but about how to do things. How you do things is just as important in the industry as what you do. Our business format has been designed to be as simple and straightforward as possible; however, running a Flexicare franchise can be extremely hard work. Our prime concern is to ensure that the care services we provide are high in quality and meet existing legislation.
As an individual, you must have high personal standards and a commitment to providing a quality service to people who in most cases are very vulnerable. You need to be organised, motivated and have a determination to succeed. If you go ahead with this business, then the onus will be on you to manage it properly, giving it the attention it deserves. We will assist you with training and support, but you must be ready to work to develop and maintain the business at all times.
