As part of our expansion plans, we are now looking to recruit franchisees throughout the UK who will provide the Flexicare services on a national basis.
Our ServicesOur professional care services are delivered to:
- Older people
- Older people who have dementia
- Individuals with physical disabilities
- Individuals with sensory loss including deaf, blind or terminally ill people
Our franchise package includes:
- Use of the Flexicare brand which is a registered UK trademark, with further protection in all 27 EU states.
- Pre opening support to establish the business
- Assistance with the production of a business plan and raising finance, if it is required
- An indepth induction training programme which will last 12 weeks
- Assistance with the validation and registration procedure through the Care Quality Commission
- Comprehensive local launch strategy
- Ongoing advice and support to market, run and manage the business
- A business operating manual containing full details of our operating systems and procedures
- Full access to HR, H&S and Care Management documentation through Crona
- Initial marketing and stationery pack
In addition, everyone also gets a protected territory. We know the size of area that is required to make a viable business and will provide you with all the relevant information. As a Franchisee you will be expected to respect the territory boundaries to protect your own business and that of your colleagues.
Role of the FranchiseeAs a franchisee, you will be responsible for the delivery of the Flexicare service. Marketing the business, dealing with client queries and of course solving any problems that you encounter are all part of the role of the franchisee. In the early days you may find yourself getting personally involved with individuals who require care, but as your business grows your management role will grow with it.
Territories/LocationsWe have territories available throughout the UK.
