On 20th November, at the training facilities of Meta-Morphose in Cheltenham, IRUN held a Continual Professional Development day for its franchisees. The CPD day gave IRUN franchisees the opportunity to share ‘best practice’ with their colleagues as well as learning new business development skills and techniques. The agenda included topics such as:
- Maximising the opportunity
- Turning problems into solutions
- Building long term revenue
- Increasing conversion
- Portfolio expansion
