At IRUN, we provide a range of internet marketing tools and services, but not consultancy. If you can work with business owners and managers and are able to take on more clients right now, we would like to hear from you.
Our clients require a few days of consultancy help, followed by ongoing support. Clients pay a flat rate for the ongoing management, rather than paying a day rate or hourly consultancy rate. This results in better client retention and much better potential earnings than are typically possible charging an hourly rate, plus it provides for a scalable business and a viable exit strategy for you, the consultant.
Selling man hours is hard work. Clients don’t want to pay £500 a day just so someone can tell them what to do; they want someone to make things happen. With the IRUN model the client gets both the consultancy and the delivery, it costs a fraction of the alternatives, delivers quick results and requires little or no effort on the part of clients, and not a lot of work for the consultant.
