So how much can you earn?
Just look at the chart below and look at two columns, number of bottles and monthly total.
For most people it is easier just to know how many bottles you need to sell to reach a bonus level, rather than trying to calculate and remember the points required. So I have included a column for this purpose in the chart below to give you an idea, and show how much you would earn selling the products yourself (Retail profit) and how much bonus you would earn in 1 month in addition to your retail profit.
The figures are based on a 30ml bottle of classic perfume which has a point’s value of 29 in the UK.
If you want to work it out carry on reading 
To achieve 3% you need to sell 11 bottles, multiply this by the points value (PV) 29 = 319
Each point is worth 17.5p or £0.175, so multiply £0.175 by 315 = £55.83
To work out your bonus multiply £55.83 by 3% = £1.67
Points x Exchange rate x percentage = Monthly Bonus 319 x 0.175 x 3% = £1.67

Please note:
Other products can be a different point’s value, i.e. 100ml Eau de Parfum or 50ml perfume is worth 40 points so you would need to sell fewer bottles to achieve the different % levels.
Ultimately you want to aim for the highest bonus level 21%. Using the above table, this is an example of how to achieve this.
To reach 21% your team needs to retail 1035 bottles (or a mixture of products, so long as the total goes above 30,000 points) in 1 month.
To make this calculation easy 35 bottles a day for 30 days is 1050 bottles, which takes you above the 30,000 minimum points required for 21%. (Just in case there are any cancellations or returns during the month) 1050 bottles x 29 points per bottle = 30,450 points.
Selling over 1000 bottles per month yourself can be done but it’s not easy, so to make it even easier sponsor 34 people so you have a team of people.
34 people plus yourself, selling 1 bottle a day is the same as above. (35 bottles a day) That’s 30 bottles each person per month.
Your team calculation
30 bottles puts each person on the 3% bonus level. They would each earn the following:
30 x £3.50 retail profit = £105.00
Plus + the monthly bonus 30 x 29 points = 870 points
870 (points) x £0.175 (exchange rate) x 3% (Bonus level) = £5.57
Monthly Total £109.57
Your calculation
You are at the 21% level because the 34 people you sponsored are in your team, so you earn £105.00 retail profit from selling 30 bottles and 21% bonus on your 30 bottles.
870 (points) x £0.175 (exchange rate) x 21% (Bonus level) = £31.97
PLUS you earn the difference between your level (21%) and your teams level (3%) which is 18% on all the teams volume. (34 people x 30 bottles) 1020 bottles x 29 points = 29,580
Points x Exchange rate x percentage = Monthly Bonus
29,580 x 0.175 x 18% = £931.77 Monthly bonus
Monthly Total = £1068.74
In the above example you are still only selling 30 bottles a month. Just 2 house parties would sell more than 30 bottles. The only difference is, you introduced 34 people to the FM business and this helped increase your bonus by just under 1000%, or 10 times what you would earn on your own.
If you want an income that is going to keep on growing, the people you sponsor need to copy you and sponsor people themselves. You are then building independent teams, and this is what will create a substantial income.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION FOR MONTHLY BONUS:
To qualify for your monthly bonus you have to personally order products with a minimum point’s value of 34.42 points per month. Just 1 bottle of perfume or Eau de Parfum in the luxury range would qualify you for your monthly bonus…
3 World Bonus – The Orchid Programme
When you sponsor someone and they build a team just like you have done, and achieve 21% level, they will be on the same volume bonus as yourself. So to increase your earnings further FM has the Orchid Programme. 9% of the total company point’s monthly turnover is shared between all the qualifying Orchids. That is 9% of the WORLDWIDE turnover.
Figures below are in addition to your retail profit and Volume bonus, and are current for July 2009. As time goes on the figures will increase.
Pearl Orchid
To qualify for this level you have to have one group at the 21% level and the rest of your team adds up to more than 20,000, or you have two groups at the 21% level.

Amaranth Orchid
To qualify for this level you have sponsored 3 groups who have achieved 21% Average earnings £3,500 per month
Golden Orchid
To qualify for this level you have sponsored 3 groups who achieved Pearl Orchid level.

To qualify for this level you have sponsored 5 groups who achieved Pearl Orchid level.
