Hi, is there any training available to build a good franchise model? i.e. how to make easy to follow processes and procedures?

I have been reading books, researching other franchises etc but there is only so much you get from them.

I met a guy who wrote franchise manuals for years and also worked in an accountancy practice which developed systems. The result of all this is to do it yourself even if it seems a task too big...pay someone a salary to write systems and type up scripts.
