Hi Shah,
We have friends who are franchisees and are struggling, as Legal4Landlords pilot was non existent and not proven. It is basically an internet franchise that they have tried to bolt people on to. Just remember to do your due diligence thoroughly especially with these people and don't just belive what they tell you.
