Hi there,

Are you familiar with this sort of subprime credit finance and is it viable in the present economic climate as the franchisor is claiming. Would your invested capital be at considerable risk as a result of defaults.

Thank you

Hi Seeker

I am not familiar at all with this type of franchise business, if you could let me know the one you are looking at I could do some research and let you know what I think.

Kind regards,

I am sure with the economic climate as it is, Finding clients would not prove too difficult, It would be the paying back I would worry about.

I think this sort of franchise has taken of over the past few years when almost anyone could get a loan, I would do an awful lot of research if you are serious about entering that market.

Best of Luck

We are in the sub-prime cash loans business, and this business really does work well if you approach it armed with knowledge. Yes it can be risky lending to strangers if you are not well informed, that is why we offer our training package to people wishing to start in this business. We have vast experience gained over many years, and we have a low risk
strategy for acquring customers that is a key element in running the business successfully. The process allows us to assess customers and to make a profit even before we offer them a loan. Any losses that could occur are further offset by the interest rate structure that we use which ensures a high profit margin at the outset. We collect the money on a weekly basis from the customers home, and the repeat business is always there - mostly because of the regular contact we have with our customers. We are part of the furniture so to speak.
