We are just starting to franchise our cleaning business. Basically we provide, amongst other things, cleaning services to users of commercial kitchens. The franchises will be geographically based and there will be about 30 of them spread throughout the UK. In our opinion they will represent good value for money as they will be priced under £10,000.
Our problem of course is finding the franchisees as our marketing budget is limited.
In your experience what is the best way/method of finding our partners?

A tricky industry you are wanting to franchise in as there are already a lot of cleaning type franchises about. From my own experience they are not hot sellers on my own website and if you look at other franchise lead generation websites you will find the cleaning franchise category is busting full as it is. (meaning that anyone interested in this industry has a whole lot of choice and your lead quality is going to be diluted as they enquire about several cleaning based franchises so you need to be very good as lead chasing and sales)
That said, some do very well and a few have 100+ franchisee's across the UK.
My advice would be to contact a franchise recruitment specialist and have them do the work for you. They can handle all leads and place adverts where they know they will perform the best. They also usually have discounts from all the major advertising platforms. I know one guy who works on commission only and his company is one of the top franchise recruitment specalists on the UK however he does not always have room for new clients.
