Due to recent information received via this website, anyone thinking of getting involved with VDI TELECOM, please PM me for more info.   

We have encountered complaint after complaint about VDI, via email and via telephone.  I am not going to go into detail but needless to say, with multiple complaints of this kind you need to be extremely careful.

I would advise that no one uses this forum to go into detail but instead uses the Private Message function or leaves their contact details for others to get in touch.  Always remember that when discussing a company in a bad light, solicitors letters are likely to come.  And usually to me!  However so long as the details are factual and you have not signed a non discloser agreement, then it is in fact perfectly OK and legal to post comments.

Just be careful please.  This forum has brought me in several legal letters so far.

I am seriously out of pocket the guy who runs the VDI organization martin creaney is a real slippery character who hides behind mobile phone numbers and email addresses my experience is that he a pathalogical non teller of the truth. He uses virtual offices and it is impossible to  date to find a real address for VDI. I have met the guy and thought he was legitimate how wrong I was. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN OR COMPANY  BEWARE.

I have a private investigations company on his trail as I really want to nail this crook.

If any one that has NOT been in contact with me but has lost money as result of dealings with VDI Telecom please contact me asap as a police investigation is nearing completion and statements are being taken.

We are currently in the midst of three claims against us as a result of dealings with Martin Creaney and VDI Com. I would appreciate any info you may think will be of assistance to us in our defence.

Hello everyone here is the latest for all that have been duped. It is quite clear that there are 2 scams those relating to 1) lease agreements telecoms systems cheap calls etc... and 2) franchise agreements and signing up franchisees.

I have been involved in mounting a group action against Mr Creaney / VDI and the Serious Fraud Squad  in Strathclyde are involved.

Meetings are due to take place in Scotland with the SFS in May to finalize the case verses Creaney/VDI.

I fully understand that those of you that have been duped with lease agreements have come  up against brick walls, I feel that there may be mileage in linking all of our cases together thus forcing the issue by sheer weight of numbers.

There may be time before the meeting with the SFS to organize a meeting with all of us and to invite and include the press who hopefully will be asking probing questions of the police and trading standards ??

For your information a meeting is planned for Friday 6th May with the Strathclyde Serious Fraud Squad (are you watching Creaney) and I think it would be great if you Fraser and Jay, who has also contacted me, attend too. Do you know any others that are in the same boat that can attend ? There will be no problem with numbers as I have been assurred that a team of detectives will on hand.

I have been informed that National Newspaper will attend they have an exclusive on our story.

As we are travelling up from various parts of the UK I suggest a tentative meeting time with the SFS at 2pm after lunch. 

I will be making a round robin call to everyone soon.
