Property insurance claims management franchises are unaffected by the UK economy. When a claim needs to be made it is not the householders money that is being spent and the incidence of claims (at least genuine ones!) is unaffected by how well GB Ltd is doing.
www.spettro.net is a client of mine and the franchisees that are trading with their model are all doing very well indeed.

Hi Theo
I am not fully qualified to answer this however a few days ago I spoke to a franchise expert friend of mine who spoke to me about the UK housing market. What she said was the economic climate for building franchises such as garage conversion franchises was very good, as less people are purchasing houses, more are turning to renovating and converting their current houses, in turn I should imagine that building insurance franchises would benefit.
Perhaps someone more qualified to answer may do so though.
Kind regards,
