Yes I do... I was speaking with some of my friends the other day about boxing. They said boxing has always been recession proof - even in the 40s during the depression, boxing sales would dominate. So how does that translate into today's economy? Well I have done some research and martial arts, like the UFC is the perfect alternative and even more popular. I know MMA (mixed martial arts gyms) are popping up in various locations around London, so I found three companies opening MMA gyms - for fighters, amateurs and just people who want to traing like fighters. The first one is the UFC gyms, but these are private and not for sale franchise or licensee wise. The second is Randy Couture's Xtreme Couture, but after I contacted them they said they have all licensees on hold and aren't going international (are only in the US). Finally I found TapouT Training Centers - they are affiliated with the TapouT brand which is hugely popular, and apparently all their equipment is is TapouT and they have real rings and cages. This is a licensee opportunity and they are just now expanding worldwide (currently in US and Canada). If you are interested in being the first in on this opportunity, let me know.
