Hi, I wonder if you could help. Our franchisor has just sent a letter saying they have ceased trading ( hence end of franchise). there was no warning for this, but a few months go we got a letter telling us that our activity was too low, and the franchise would be taken back from us... yet we were still in the initial 2 years where sales targets didn't matter. I've checked and the company is still registered as active, there are no credit warnings, and still has a web shop. Another franchisee has only had theirs for a few months, is there anything we can do to redress the issue??????
