i have had my franchise agreement terminated by the franchisor but they are refusing to pay for the value of the stock and also the value of the fixtures and fittings, can anyone offer any advice as the cost of legal fees is prohiitive to me at the moment. does anyone have a successful experience of getting money back from a franchisor?
