Well, it looks like you are a competitor of mine but I will give a fair review ;-)
Firstly I see it is a new franchise directory, one of many! Your Alexa ranking tells me you gain close to zero website traffic, maybe a few dozen per day at best. The site looks clean and yes you do offer FREE as well as PAID advertising. Good to offer the FREE as you need to get the listings up.
SEO - need to get ontop of that game to start attracting some website visitors
Domain set to private for some reason so I have no idea who is running the show.
Nice to offer some free listings so I hope you get some people on board. This is a very competative industry though so I hope you are prepared for some long hard days ahead ;-)
