Hi
I am interested in a KFC franchise,
I am told by the rep from YUM that it will make 10% ROI
so that means it will take me 10 years to recoup my investment....
I am also told that they will not buy back anything of the store when the franchise contract is up
does that make any sense?
I thought KFC was pretty profitable.....
any comments or advise?
