Terms and Conditions for using NetFrog
By logging on to NetFrog users accept the following Terms and Conditions for using NetFrog.
The User enters into this agreement on the use of NetFrog on registering and logging on as a User.
These general terms and conditions govern the relationship between NetFrog services and the User.
- NetFrog offers Users one level of membership, free membership. We retain the right to change our membership levels at any time, to offer: a) graded membership. b) paid membership. c) multi level memberships of our own design.
All membership changes will be made public to all Users 28 days before launch.
- NetFrog Users must adhere to acceptable usage. Acceptable usage is governed by NetFrog administrators and covers topics such as:
- Multiple posting of the same content.
- Harassment of other Users.
- Promotion of Multi Level Marketing opportunities.
- Blatant advertising, quality promotional material is allowed however.
- Spamming other members with repeated duplicate content via the messaging system.
We reserve the right to suspend users and remove posts of anyone who we deem is not using NetFrog in a responsible and acceptable manner.
- Responsibility of User content
NetFrog does not make any warranties or representations regarding any data and/or information provided or made available by any user on NetFrog In particular, NetFrog does not warrant or represent that said data and/or information is true or accurate, or that it fulfils or serves any particular purpose.
The User may report any activities of any other user which violate applicable laws and/or any of the terms and conditions of these GTC (including the use of pseudonyms or false identities)
- Data Protection and Privacy
NetFrog recognizes that any data provided by the User to NetFrog is extremely important to the User, and NetFrog shall therefore be particularly sensitive in handling such data. NetFrog shall comply with all applicable legal provisions regarding data protection (UK Data Protection Laws, European Data Protection Directives and any other applicable data protection legislation). In particular, NetFrog shall not provide or otherwise disclose any personal data of the User to any third party without authorization.
- Final Provision
NetFrog reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time, without giving reasons, unless an amendment is unreasonable to the User. NetFrog shall give due notice of any amendments of these GTC to the User. If the User does not object to the applicability of the revised GTC within two (2) weeks after receipt of said notice, the amended GTC shall be deemed to be accepted by the User. NetFrog shall inform the User about the User's right to object and of the relevance of the objection deadline in said notice.
